On behalf of all the residents who participated, I would like to thank you for organising the great day tour we had to the tulip festival in Bowral yesterday. Everyone said they had a great day and the weather was sunny, albeit windy, so that was good. Everything went so smoothly and our driver Geoff was very professional and a fount of local knowledge. So good. We left on time and arrived home on time. The lunch venue, Moss Vale Golf Club, was delightful, the food was delicious and they coped with our crowd very well.
We were very happy with the arrangements for the day and would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any who asked.

I'd love to say a big thank you to Darren, the bus driver, for taking my son Isaac on his Canberra trip. You honestly rock – he came home talking about how awesome and amazing you were with all the kids. But the best part of my son's trip with Darren was the high-five. Every time they saw each other, it was a high-five moment. Thank you again, Darren, for making this an experience he’ll always remember.

The whole experience with Compass Tours was excellent. Thank you for helping make our Jenolan Caves trip such a success. It was a pleasure working with Jeff and the team. I accidentally left an important item on the bus. As soon as I realised, I called head office and Angela, who took my call, assisted me straight away. She contacted the driver, who went out of his way to return the item to my workplace rather than me having to drive to the depot. Brilliant customer service! Thank you Angela and Chris for doing such an amazing job.

I had a most enjoyable first experience on a week’s coach trip to Sovereign Hill, Ballarat. Stuart was a fantastic help along the way. We had a medical emergency, and he acted promptly, assisting in every way necessary — above and beyond the call of duty. His help was very much appreciated. He also engaged with the passengers on the bus and cracked some jokes, which everyone enjoyed. A great bloke and a great experience.

The buses arrived on time and the drivers were friendly and patient, even though we were running late. We also got a really good deal.

The driver on the day was excellent. He made sure we disembarked in the safest possible spot. He was also very friendly and polite.
